Note some variables for you to consider.
Most folks will be attending the complete program. However, some may request to just attend the Prague Alchemy and Fungi Medicines and others will attend the Advanced Energy Systems seminar. There is flexibility. All of these options will appear on our online booking form and are priced accordingly.

It’s important to book as early as possible as Prague and the Czech Republic are some of the most popular places to visit in the European late summer (but the good news is the peak season is over so much reduced tourist traffic). We have created exceptional early booking discounts to attend this event, with the emphasis on booking and securing your accommodation.

Meetup point: 1pm, 19th September 2025. Your sponsor, Roger Green along with our tour guide Eva Lenova, will meet you at the Old Town clock - the center of Prague (where all roads lead) - to kick off our adventure.
ACCOMMODATION IN PRAGUE
Participants will receive a curated list of recommended hotels located just minutes from the event venue, offering options to suit a range of budgets and preferences.
Booking your own accommodation is simple, and we suggest selecting a hotel within Prague 1, the historic centre, for easy access to our daily activities. Prague is an exceptionally walkable city, and its tram system is efficient and easy to navigate—making it convenient to explore no matter where you stay. While accommodation is self-booked, we’re happy to provide guidance and suggestions to help you find the right fit for your stay.
Hotels in Prague have very good pricing, with rooms starting at $60-$120 plus per night, if booked early. Once payment is received, we will email a complete list of hotels in the area and our recommendations, otherwise go ahead and book a hotel online.
Our venue address is (so you can use maps to gauge how close your hotel is: Mooo by the Castle, Jansky Vrsek 8, Prague 1 (Moo by the Castle is the apartments right next door to the Edward Kelly tower, Donkey and Cradle and Alchemist museum where our Alchemy workshop takes place)
Prague airport
Prague is an easy to get to location serviced by many airlines. Taxi readily available from airport to venue/hotels downtown or approx. $35 USD - credit cards accepted. Sometimes your hotel may arrange for airport transfer.
Meals
We indicate exactly what meals are catered for and which are not.
For example: Lunches during the workshop hours are not catered for because some folks like an apple and a walk/fresh air and others like a 4-course meal! There are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from.
Our introduction party on the first night is catered for with small plates and various dishes based on traditional Czech food, please buy your own drinks.
Your hotel will provide breakfast.
All other meals are on your account, except if you book for the river cruise, where dinner is included.
Meals in restaurants are very good prices in Czech Republic - it is NOT an expensive country to eat and travel. You can get excellent meals for $15 USD and the wine and beer are very good prices!
Tour Guide & Entrance Fee
We’re delighted to have Eva Lenová, our expert local guide and facilitator, accompanying us throughout the entire journey. Her deep knowledge of Prague’s history, esoteric traditions, and hidden gems adds a rich layer to your experience—and her guidance is included as part of your event package.
Please note that while Eva’s services are covered, entrance fees to castles, museums, and select historic sites are not included. These can be paid individually at each location, giving you the flexibility to choose which sites you’d like to explore more deeply.
Arrival & Departure Information
We highly recommend arriving in Prague on September 18th to give yourself time to settle in, rest, and begin soaking up the charm of this magical city. With its walkable streets, vibrant culture, and stunning architecture, Prague is a joy to explore—and arriving early allows you to ease into the experience.
The event concludes on the evening of September 24th, so plan your departure for September 25th—or extend your stay to further explore Prague’s hidden treasures. You may also wish to continue your journey across Europe—late summer is a beautiful time to travel, and countless adventures await.

Payment options
We accept payment by Bank Transfer or by credit card with a 2.5% processing fee. We would prefer a bank transfer to our NYC based bank in USD or in GBP to our London based bank. Details given on your invoice/receipt compiled by our office and sent via email. Other options are payment by credit card, visa and MC with a 2.5 % processing charge added to total.
Cancellations:
If cancelling a hotel, email them directly your cancellation - most will refund within a certain time frame.
If you need to cancel the Alchemy of Prague event a $200 processing fee is applied to refund up to 19 August 2025.
After 19th August a $350 processing fee with refund is applied.
Attendees may pay the full amount before 30th July OR pay a $600 deposit before 30th July - with full payment by 19th August.

Attendees are responsible for making their own travel arrangements and ensuring they have appropriate travel insurance. The event organizers are not liable for any travel disruptions, cancellations, or additional costs incurred.
By attending the event, attendees waive any and all claims against the event organizers, sponsors, and associated parties for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur as a result of participation in the event.
The event organizers are not responsible for any cancellation or modification of the event due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or public health emergencies. In such cases, the organizers will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event or provide refunds, but are not obligated to do so.
Photography and Media:
By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed and recorded. These images and recordings may be used by the event organizers for promotional purposes.
However- event organisers will be sensitive to any adjustments to above and will go out of there way if you wish not to be photographed - please express any changes to above at beginning of the event
