As one of Instagram’s original health influencers, Bianca’s contribution to the space, holistic health expertise, and years of experience has helped clients discover how to feel better in their bodies via up-levelling their nutrition and lifestyle.

Through her experience and training with AHN, Saniya refined the recipes and formulas used in Perfectly Pressed nutrient-rich, clean juices. Opening in 2016, Perfectly Pressed now distributes world-wide.

In addition to opening her own Holistic Health Facility in NYC, Nikki is a nutrition coach for ED and body dysmorphia recovery, a leader in corporate wellness, and a renowned retreat facilitator. She is the creator of NAO Acupressure Ear Seeds.

Krishma launched “Noffee”, a caffeine-free coffee alternative. With its mindfully selected herbal ingredients, this beverage may be considered a healing tonic according to cultures of longevity such as Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda.

Elena published her first cookbook “Plant Based” in 2021, with healthy yet comforting recipes. Much of her inspiration and knowledge was drawn from AHN’s longevity science-based and Traditional Chinese Medicine teachings.

Tottenham Hotspur Academy coach, lecturer with University of Hertfordshire, and MSc in Sports Coaching. Luke combines his sports medicine expertise with his longevity-based nutrition and lifestyle knowledge, transforming the lives of his clients.
